I hope this finds you well.
Thank you for connecting with Together for the Common Good. As ever we are devoting our energy to help you navigate this time of deep change and fulfil your calling for the common good.
The UK has become a deeply troubled society. We see extreme inequality, widespread loneliness, weakening social ties, collapsing trust, degradation and decay. These grave difficulties are symptoms of a social, economic and cultural unravelling.
Together for the Common Good offers a way to catalyse the reweaving that is so urgently needed for civic and spiritual renewal. Many have testified that our unique common good approach unites people across differences, helps them make sense of these unstable times, and inspires them to take responsibility and build relationships. Anchored in the gospel and informed by Christian tradition, in particular Catholic social teaching, this approach has deep theological roots.
We need your help. We are seeing a surge in demand for this work, but it is hard to fund. Did you know T4CG is entirely funded by voluntary donations? Please consider making a gift. Whether you are able to commit to £5, £10 or £50 a month, or to make a one-off donation, whatever you can afford is an investment towards T4CG becoming sustainable.
We invite you to download Hope in Uncertain Times, our 2024 Impact Report. We hope you enjoy reading how we resource leaders, churches, Christian charities and schools. Learn how we achieve more than you would expect on a lean budget of £85K a year, no overheads, and a small team of four, equivalent to only 1.9 full time staff. By lending your support you can help sustain and grow this work. Together we can enable more people to fulfil their unique role for the common good at this critical time.
On behalf of the T4CG Team and Trustees, thank you for travelling with us. We wish you every blessing for Christmas and the New Year.
